 not seeking a degree in Nursing
from UAMS-College of Nursing

This application is for a post-master's applicant wanting to
enroll in additional master's courses that must be completed 
 prior to sitting for an additional certification exam.

NOTE:  Applicant must provide an official transcript reflecting a master's degree in nursing
 and a copy of an Arkansas RN license
  before application can be processed and must be accepted by specialty prior to enrollment.

Non-Degree Seeking  Application*

This application is for an applicant who wishes to take courses and who has not been accepted to the UAMS College of Nursing as a degree-seeking student.  Completion of these courses does not insure they will apply to any degree either at UAMS or any other institution.
